You deserve to move with ease, feel strong in your body, and stay active through every chapter of life. My mission is to help you restore movement, relieve pain, and build lifelong strength and mobility through expert, compassionate care.
Experience You Can Trust
PT, DPT, OCS
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 13 years of experience helping people recover from injury, build strength, and move with confidence. I completed post-graduate orthopedic residency training and have advanced training in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. This background allows me to care for the full picture of orthopedic and pelvic health concerns that many active women experience.
As a former Division I cross country and track athlete at Wake Forest University, I understand firsthand the physical and mental challenges of injury and recovery. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University and have spent the past eight years serving the Warrenton and Middleburg, VA communities.
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach that goes beyond treating symptoms. Drawing on my experience as an athlete and clinician, I help you build strength, resilience, and confidence to perform at your best in sport and life. Every plan is crafted around your goals and lifestyle so you can move without limits and stay active long term.
Whether you’re returning from injury, pushing toward a performance goal, or simply want to feel strong and capable — I help women build the resilience to keep doing what they love, for life.
Most clinics rush you through 30-minute appointments, split your therapist’s attention, and hand you off to an aide. Franklin Physio is built differently — every visit is a full hour with me, whether you’re local to Warrenton, VA or prefer virtual care.
For a variety of musculoskeletal pain and sport injuries. Every session is customized to support your recovery, improve strength and mobility, and restore function.
For women navigating pelvic health challenges such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and peri and postmenopausal concerns.
In the last several years I had the good fortune to receive treatment from Erin for two different physical problems. On both occasions, she worked with me and provided exercises which effectively cured my problem. She could not have been more focused or knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and will continue to seek treatment from her when new problems develop! Simply said, she is exceptional!!!
– Deborah Martin
I am happy to recommend Erin as hands down one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professionals I’ve had the privilege of knowing. Her passion for providing her patients with education and personalizing their treatment plans to help them reach their goals in PT is unmatched. If you’re looking for expert care, look no further.

Erin was phenomenal to work with! She helped me tremendously – from lots of discomfort to almost none throughout my pregnancy. She helped me gain strength, mobility, and comfort. I intend to work with her again in the future! I would recommend her to anyone.

I’m located in Warrenton, VA and offer both in-person and at-home visits in the Warrenton area. Telehealth services are also available for patients throughout Virginia.
No, I do not accept insurance. I am a cash-based, out-of-network provider, which means I do not have contracts with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note: Medicare patients can only be seen for wellness, injury prevention, or performance training services—not for treatment of medical conditions.
No referral is needed. Virginia allows direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can receive evaluation and treatment from a licensed physical therapist without a physician’s referral. This often saves time, reduces costs, and helps you start your recovery sooner.
Your initial visit includes a comprehensive evaluation, movement assessment, and a discussion of your goals. We’ll then begin treatment and establish a plan tailored to your needs.
Each session typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes and includes one-on-one care tailored to your specific needs and goals.
